Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon scheduling an appointment unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Warrior Too. A single session or series of spiritual counseling, Reiki, meditation, or related wellness services may be scheduled once an agreement has been reached between Warrior Too and the Client. Warrior Too reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, postpone, or discontinue services at its discretion when appropriate. Clients are asked to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If the Client arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late, Warrior Too may treat the session as canceled. If Warrior Too must cancel a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a "No-Show." No-Shows count as completed sessions and are not refundable. Warrior Too reserves the right to discontinue services after repeated No-Shows or excessive cancellations. There are no refunds for Reiki, meditation, spiritual counseling, or related wellness services that have already been provided. Refunds will not be issued solely because a Client did not feel, perceive, or experience the effects of Reiki, meditation, or other spiritual services. If a Client has prepaid for a session and fails to attend the appointment without providing the required notice, a refund may not be issued. Approved refunds, when applicable, shall be issued solely at the discretion of Warrior Too and in accordance with any written service agreement between the parties. Either party may discontinue services. Sessions may be ended if emotional, psychological, or behavioral functioning becomes significantly impaired or if services are no longer appropriate.
